markRobin Snazle, Director

Founding Director of M&R Refurbishments and has a keen desire to maintain M&R’s quality and standards whilst we continue to grow. Robin has over 25 years experience at Senior level within the industry having moved up the ranks since his apprenticeship in concrete repairs.

Robin is normally the initial point of contact during the tender periods and during preparation and finalisation of contract documents. He is also the main contact at M&R for job variations and valuations. He helps to ensure that the process from tender selection through to the completion of contract documents is as smooth as possible. This includes liaising with procurement teams to agree common goals, standards and procedures, thus ensuring our partnering ethos is reflected at the outset.

Mark2Mark Klaton, Director

Mark is our Director of Operations and his role is to ensure that M&R have the full resources needed to deliver the project in terms of labour, materials and site set-up. Mark has excellent expertise in setting up the logistics of large projects and coordinating M&R’s resources to ensure the right skills are in the right places. This ensures the smooth operation of day to day activities at M&R.

Mark was a painter and decorator by trade and despite now serving 17 years in company management, he really understands and appreciates the importance of preparation work in painting and decoration. It is this understanding of work on the ground that has led M&R to structure itself in a way that ensures the painting team are under no pressure to paint any poorly prepared surfaces.

MichelleMichelle King, Office Manager

Michelle has been with M&R since 1999. As well as being the first point of contact for most callers into M&R, Michelle also manages the bulk of the M&R’s administrative functions including ordering materials, managing our accounts & payroll. Michelle makes sure the office runs smoothly & efficiently.

staceyStacey King, Marketing Assistant & RLO

Stacey contacts clients & builds a professional relationship with them. Her role is to increase the company’s revenue, advertise the company efficiently and see what current opportunities are coming up. She also liaises with the residents.

Rodney BridgesRodney Bridges, Painting Supervisor

Rodney is our painting foreman and supervisor of our painting and cleaning teams. Rodney is a highly skilled and experienced painter having worked in the painting industry as a painter for 41 years. He has been with M&R for 9 years and is a key component in ensuring we continue to receive the high levels of resident and client satisfaction we are accustomed to. Rodney is responsible for ensuring that no painting work is undertaken to poorly prepared surfaces and that all painting work is finished to a high quality.

Repairs Team

We have an in-house repairs team and most of these are multi-skilled, but some have specialist skills for areas such as plastering and other wet trades. They will be responsible for all repairs and all are highly trained in essential key-areas such as health and safety, customer service and respecting diversity.

Painting Team

All of our painters are highly experienced skillful painters. Our painting team continues to grow as our turnover increases.
