  • Our method

The project is managed from our Norbury office in South London.

We are responsible for alerting residents to the works, arranging resident choices for communal areas and arranging access.

All repairs and redecoration works are then supervised and undertaken by our own labour force at our office in Norbury. We use our long term supply partner Professional Windows for any window and door replacements and our Scaffolding partner Tubular Scaffolding for access. These are the only elements not undertaken in house.

During the project we introduced and perfected our Environmental Management system which has now been certified as ISO 14001 compliant by a UKAS inspector. To achieve this, we have set up environmental policies to measure our energy consumption and waste and reduce them. To this end, we have been examining waste materials and have started a pilot with ICI Dulux to recycle unused paint and paint tins.
